ASDISE provides digital services to businesses and individuals seeking to launch or grow their ventures. Our offerings are not limited to a specific category and may expand over time.
Payment Options: We offer several payment options tailored to your needs:
Invoices: Regardless of the payment option, an invoice will be issued to confirm your purchase and payment terms.
Payment Terms: Payments are made upfront, by milestones, or through split payments, depending on the service or project scope. These terms will be outlined in the invoice or estimate.
Refunds and Cancellations:
- No refunds are issued once a project has commenced or payment has been made for a fixed package.
- For ongoing or milestone-based projects, cancellations require notice of at least 5 business days. For subscription services, 10 business days' notice is required.
- All outstanding invoices must be paid in full before project or service termination.
Late Fees: A 1% interest fee will apply to overdue payments for each month they remain unpaid, with a grace period of 5 working days.
Project delivery timelines are estimated during the quoting process and confirmed on the invoice. Delivery times may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances, including changes requested by the client, regulatory changes, or factors beyond our control. Additional features or revisions may result in an updated delivery estimate and additional costs.
Upon full payment, all project deliverables become the property of the client unless otherwise specified in writing. We may showcase completed projects or use client testimonials for promotional purposes, but only with the client's consent. Licensing of third-party tools, assets, or software used in projects will depend on the specific terms negotiated for each project.
Clients may terminate one-time projects at any time by paying all outstanding invoices. For subscription or milestone-based projects, clients must provide written notice at least 5 business days in advance (milestones) or 10 business days (subscriptions). All due invoices must be settled prior to termination. Work ceases immediately upon project termination, and all completed deliverables will be transferred to the client.
We do not guarantee specific results, performance outcomes, or project success. All services are provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind.
ASDISE and Asteik LTD are not liable for any damages, losses, or disruptions resulting from our services. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the service in question.
Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through mediation or arbitration. If necessary, disputes may proceed to court in England and Wales, governed by UK law.
